Gilbert and his crew of two workers went above and beyond my expectations. They were polite, friendly, on time, hard-working, responsive, professional, and fair with their pricing. I contacted them one day, and Gilbert called me back the same day and set up a free estimate visit. They booked the work for a few days later at 8 am. Gilbert called me at 7:30 and asked if it was ok if they came early which was fine. Gilbert estimated it would take 4 hours, but they worked so quickly that they were done in 3 hours, and the job was perfect. They cleared my yard and then raked it flat, just what I asked for so I can now landscape it to my liking. Gilbert even had a coupon online so I was able to take $25 off my bill.

It took some time to secure a pick-up date and time, but they were great when they picked up our items. Professional and efficient.

The crew from Impact Junk was extremely professional: Punctual to the minute, completely ready to execute the pickup upon arrival; the truck utilized had more than adequate capacity for the job and was configured to prevent inadvertent spillage. Two workers and one supervisor reported for the pickup, they followed each request to the letter and swept the pickup area after completion. In 35 years using similar services Impact was the best company of the type we have encountered!

We were very happy with the services of Impact Junk removal. We have been remodeling our house and had a large amount of junk that needed to be hauled away. We purchased the deal for hauling 3 cubic yards for $99, but understood that we had much more and we were willing to pay for additional hauling. We ended up paying an additional $150. We were very happy with this because we had previously purchased two "Bagsters" from Home Depot and had to pay $30 for each bag and an additional $348 for Waste Management to pick them up ($408 total). The people at Impact Junk removal were great. We received great customer service from the initial scheduling person I spoke with to the crew that came to my house. I highly recommend this company!

We had items that were not covered by the deal which we knew beforehand. Charge a small extra fee to remove them also. Very fast efficient and in communication.

They were early and that was good for me. There was a team of 3 which made the job fast. It took barely 10 mins. In the end, the job was done well but I paid too much for it. Oh well it's done.
