GREAT..... GILBERT WAS PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL. JOB COMPLETE IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD USE AGAIN IF THE NEED ARISES.

They were able to come the very next day and the day of the service, they even called to ask if thy could get started early because a prior job had wrapped up quicker than expected. I ended up having more junk than I though (3 truck loads rather than the 1 I prepurchased through an Angie's List advertised real), so I paid them the difference at the conclusion of the job at a still discounted rate.

I live in Florida but have had to make 3 trips since April, out to CA to help my dad clean out his home. Gilbert and his crew are always prompt, fast, courteous, and clean up is fantastic. I've used them 3 times and have them scheduled for next week. Gilbert's professionalism has made a very stressful situation much less stressful. Highly recommend.

Gilbert and his workers arrived at my house and immediately began working. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I was very pleased with their professional manner. Gilbert had given me a price estimate beforehand, which was very fair and reasonable. They also cleaned up when they finished. I will definitely call them again.

They did an awesome job. They didn't charge any extra fees for the railroad ties, which was surprising; every other company I contacted wanted to charge us an extra couple hundred dollars to take the railroad ties. These guys were on time, they worked quickly, and they're courteous and friendly to boot. I highly recommend them.

Gilbert Tinoco, owner and operator was very helpful, resourceful and professional. Our initial contact was by internet in which we described our project. Gilbert quickly got back to us with a quote that we thought was a bit high. He was willing to negotiate a lower price and we accepted. He and two helpers arrived on time and quickly removed our "junk." They also swept up the area where the junk pile had been, leaving the spot clean. Gilbert stated that he would recycle as much of our junk as possible. They have an excellent communication system set-up to schedule the job, to remind you of the appointed time and to let you know their arrival time. All in all, we are very pleased with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
