I paid $750 before the project began. The original work with lowering the vent was good; however, the project was not completed. The work was begun in June, and we were still trying to schedule completion in October! The last couple of times, they did not even return my call. I finally warned by telephone message that I would write a bad review on Angie's List and get a new contractor, but even this did not prompt a reply. I will not pay the remaining balance of $750 because the work was not completed. I am finding a new contractor.
