They showed up on time. Technician Pablo really knew his stuff. This was no easy fix as it was a electrical short somewhere between
the thermostat, fau and compressor. They checked and serviced complete system besides fixing the short.
I would definitely use them again. Very pleased with the service.

The work was done in a very professional manner. I called on Monday for an appointment. They originally said they could come on Friday but I was leaving town so they were able to fit me in on Wednesday. Although they did not get here within the 4 hour window, they did call and notify me that the technician would be 15-30 minutes late. Since they'd fit me in, I was quite happy with this and appreciated their letting me know. Everyone I dealt with - from phone calls setting up and confirming appointment to the technician Eric who came to the house - was professional and friendly. I will definitely call them again.

Technician arrived when expected. He was friendly, polite and professional. He serviced both the heating and air conditioning units. Explained to me that one part needed to be changed on the air conditioning unit. Once authorized he was efficient in getting the job done. I would definitely hire them again.

The day after I called, a technician came by in the time slot agreed to. Their office called me several times to let me know the status of the technician and when he would arrive. I was impressed. The technician was prompt, efficient, professional and had a good sense of humor. He explained everything he was doing. He even washed his hands before handling a white attic opening cover. I was really happy with the job the technician did. The price was reasonable for the quality of job I received.

Quick, clean, and courteous service. Honest, no upsale on the fancy fed rebate systems which you need to spend thousands more to get, and the efficiency does not save you enough to make it worth it... for us anyway.
