They put in a whole new system and 3 years later it stopped working. They put in Freon, and then less than a year later it started having the same issues again. They finally were able to schedule us an appointment and then called and said they would be two hours late. Once they were done working on them they stopped working all together. Before they came to fix them they were at least blowing out some cool air and after they came they just didnt work at all. Every time ive called to get them to put the part in that they said they needed to get and they have not yet come to fix it and keep telling me there is nothing they can do until they can get ahold of the tech! Meanwhile my whole family is burning up.
