The entire process was a delight. This company is a husband-and-wife owned operation. I called and talked to Lisa Ruiz on a Thursday to schedule an appointment. I was able to schedule the installation for Saturday. In the past, I have had problems with home projects wherein one first deals with a salesman/estimator. Subsequently an installer arrives, and it is not unusual for the installer to either not be fully read in on the job requirements, or to find that there are issues with the salesman's measurements or configuration. With Got Garage, Ernie shows up fully prepared to assess the requirements and perform the installation on the spot. He is a nice, clean-cut, punctual guy and is on the ball. We discussed what I needed and how the racks were to be configured. Then Ernie started working and before I knew it, the job was finished. I couldn't be more pleased with the process and the product.
