Golden State Property Inspections owned and operated by Victor Hernandez provides high quality, independent home inspections in San Diego and surrounding areas since 2000. I am a member of American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA), Accredited member of the Better Business Bureau, a 25 year San Diego resident and a 20 year Navy Veteran. My job is to reduce client risk as much as possible in the purchase or sale of their home. I encourage my clients to accompany me during the home inspection so that I can answer questions, point out problems and explain how things work. A detailed, digital Inspection Report, complete with photos, is usually ready within 24 hours and emailed to my clients and their RE Agent. The typical home inspection takes about three to four hours. The most common comment I hear is "Thank you for being so thorough!" Give us a call!

Complete Home Inspection
Best Home Inspection experience ever. Victor was very thorough, taking his time and making very detailed notes. He took about 25-30 minutes after the inspection to go through his findings, even taking the time to explain concepts in detail that I didn't understand. That same day, within about 6 hours, he sent the completed PDF report. All of this at a very respectable and reasonable cost.

I'm a realtor who has worked with many inspectors since 2000. Victor Hernandez of Golden State arrived on time to meet my client and me at the property to be inspected. He and his assistant were very thorough. My client was working on a tight contractual schedule to purchase the property; Victor worked late to provide the report the same evening. My client received the information she needed to make an informed decision whether to buy the property. Victor identified critical plumbing and electrical issues that would need to be addressed. Victor is professional, detailed oriented and reasonably priced. Not the cheapest, but among the best.

Showed exactly when he said he would. Victor was extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all code requirements. This was one of the most in-depth home inspections i've seen. He took his time and really inspected the house as if it were going to be his own. Everything documented was accompanied with pictures and the descriptions were very in depth. You won't find a home inspector more professional than Victor.

Victor was very through and professional. I work as a finish carpenter and have been in the industry for over 20yrs and have a good idea of what is right or not. Not only did Victor find many things I woud not have seen his expertise made it easy for me to see what needed to be corrected asap.
