I have been using them since last October and I like the fact that if the treatment does not work the first time he comes back again until it does work. He is a really nice guy and he is nice about taking care of anything. You can give him a call and if he does not answer right then, he may be on a job, he will call you back either the next day or later that afternoon. I think his price is fair but he never lets me know when he is coming. I will use him again in the future.
