 + -1 moreFABULOUS GENERAL CONTRACTOR. EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE. PROMPTLY FIXED PROBLEM CREATED BY TWO SUBS THAT WERE NOT THEIR FAULT. ORIGINAL REMODEL WAS ON TIME WITHIN BUDGET. HOUSE GETS COMPLIMENTS ALL THE TIME.
Description of Work: ORIGINAL WORK WAS NEW FLOOR AND REMODEL OF MOST OF FIRST FLOOR. APPROX 2400 SQ. FT. FIXED A REMODEL PROBLEM WITHIN WARRANTY. LEAK DUE TO NAIL IN PIPE. ALSO DECK MATERIAL NEEDED RESURFACING.
