The manager and delivery driver stated that there was no failed delivery as they had a signed reciept. They would not tell us the name of the signature. The delivery driver would not confirm the name of the apartment complex. Both men, individually, accused us of not telling the truth. The company was used as a teleflorist to complete an order placed from WI- the originiating florist (Krueger Wholesale Florist and Gifts) replaced the flowers per their own cost, used another florist in the area and the flowers (which were in celebration of a new born) made it to the correct apartment.
