They are pretty easy to work with. We don't have any issues with them. Ferguson has really good prices on the stuff they carry. Most of the time their installers seem to know what they are doing.

It is a big company. What's nice about them is they do follow ups. After a couple of weeks, they'll call me and ask if I'm still happy. They really have a sense of concern for their customers.They get to find every little piece that you need and have things delivered in my house the next day. They were awesome and just really gone above and beyond way more than what I expected.

THE SALES REP. WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL, AND TIMELY. THEY HAD TO ORDER 2 PIECES FROM ANOTHER STORE AND ASKED IF IT WAS OK FOR ME TO PICK UP THE OTHER PARTS THE NEXT DAY AND THEY WOULD CALL AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVED.

PURCHASING THE PLUMBING FIXTURES TURNED INTO A SALES PITCH. I GUESS THAT THEY GET THE PRICES THEY CAN TO PAY FOR THAT NEW BIG SHOWROOM AND SALESGIRLS. I DID TOO MUCH WORK TO GET THEM TO MATCH OTHER PRICES. DON'T BOTHER, JUST GO TO ONE OF THE LOCAL HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES. EVERYTHING IS BACKORDERED AND SPECIAL, MAYBE TOO SPECIAL.
