I called El Cajon Sew and Vac because it is an authorized service provider for Viking sewing machines. My Viking was purchased in 1975 and has been serviced about once every ten years, mainly for cleaning and minor adjustments. Recently, I noticed that my machine's stitching was not as straight and clean as it should be and the tension balance was off.
I was extremely pleased with the service provided. My initial phone contact resulted in making an appointment for repair. The appointment was scheduled for about a month after my phone call. That was okay with me since I wasn't in a hurry for the service. I brought my machine in the day before the appointment at which time Jimmy took a look at my machine, determined the extent of repairs, and provided an estimate. His recommendations and estimate seemed appropriate. My machine was repaired and ready for pickup within 1week. My machine is now working beautifully and I am happy!

THE JOB WAS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY PROMISED THE WORK WOULD BE FINISHED IN 3 DAYS, BUT ACTUALLY FINISHED IT IN 4 WORKING HOURS.
