Steve Lilyquist came on time to the appointment and was very friendly. He tried to come up with solutions when I explained to him some of the problems I was having.

"THIS MEMBER CALLED BECAUSE OF A BREAK-IN AT HER HOME. PART OF MY SERVICE WAS TO PERFORM A SECURITY CHECK AND OFFER SOLUTIONS TO THE REASON THE BURGLARY HAD OCCURRED. RESPONSE TIME AND SECURITY WERE TOP ON HER LIST. GLAD I COULD HELP."
