+ -1 moreEverything went well. They pulled the required permits, arrived when they said they would, installed the new furnace and air conditioning unit, met the inspector, and were very professional.
Description of Work: East County Heating and Air Conditioning removed our old furnace and installed a new furnace and air conditioning. Not only were they nice guys, they did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, tested everything to make sure we got heat and A/C. The heat felt great in November and we laughed together because the A/C was really working well on that cold day. We were very pleased with East County Heating and Air Conditioning. That was almost 11 years ago.

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful. We were having a problem with the thermostat in the other part of our house. We called them and they came out the next day. They called us back the next day and came out within 10 minutes of the call. They did the work at no charge at all and they were just terrific. Our thermostat is a programmable one and we did not really need that. All we needed was it to be set at a certain temperature for heating. He just switched it out and didn't charge us for the visit or anything. They were in our house for about 10 minutes. They were very friendly and very clean. They cleaned up really well after the work was done. We have a heating and air conditioning unit on our side of the house that is about 10 years old and they gave us a new filter even though they had not installed the unit.
Description of Work: East County Heating & Air Conditioning switched out the thermostat of my air conditioning unit. They had originally installed the unit. They had replaced a big heating and air unit on our son's side of the house.

+ -1 moreThe whole experience was great. The unit was installed, the old one taken away and it was all done in a few hours with good cleanup of the area. The guys have been extremely helpful as well as professional. They came when they said they would and are very knowledgeable reagarding their product. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Mike came out and gave us a free estimate for installing a large heating and a/c unit. We hired them and the unit was installed two days later. Matt came out about a week later to help us with programming the thermostat. Just a week ago the unit wasn't cooling and Matt came out and found a crack in the copper pipe. He was back two days later and fixed the crack.

+ -1 moreI CALLED THE FIRST TIME AND TALKED TO A REPRESENTATIVE, AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT THAT DAY TO FIX MY AC. THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND VERY REASONABLE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT IN SHORT NOTICE AND REPAIRED MY AIR CONDITIONER.
