EAST COUNTY HEATING & AIR COND

Everything went well.  They pulled the required permits, arrived when they said they would, installed the new furnace and air conditioning unit, met the inspector, and were very professional.  

They were wonderful. We were having a problem with the thermostat in the other part of our house. We called them and they came out the next day. They called us back the next day and came out within 10 minutes of the call. They did the work at no charge at all and they were just terrific. Our thermostat is a programmable one and we did not really need that. All we needed was it to be set at a certain temperature for heating. He just switched it out and didn't charge us for the visit or anything. They were in our house for about 10 minutes. They were very friendly and very clean. They cleaned up really well after the work was done. We have a heating and air conditioning unit on our side of the house that is about 10 years old and they gave us a new filter even though they had not installed the unit.

The whole experience was great. The unit was installed, the old one taken away and it was all done in a few hours with good cleanup of the area. The guys have been extremely helpful as well as professional. They came when they said they would and are very knowledgeable reagarding their product. I would recommend them to anyone.

I CALLED THE FIRST TIME AND TALKED TO A REPRESENTATIVE, AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT THAT DAY TO FIX MY AC. THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND VERY REASONABLE.
