 + -1 moreHE WAS ALWAYS REASONABLY PRICED. HE WAS ALWAYS REACHED DURING BUSINESS HOURS. PAPERWORK ALWAYS TIMELY WITH GREAT COMMUNICATION. ALWAYS SERVICED ON TIME; VERY COOPERATIVE AND WE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH TENANTS.
Description of Work: SERVICED OUR POOL FOR THREE YEARS UNTIL WE SOLD OUR PROPERTY. HE ADDED CHEMICALS AND CLEANED OUR POOL ONCE A MONTH.
