They did a good job and i would use them again.

Rene scheduled the work for a convenient time for us. Anthony came on time to do the work. He was helpful and efficient. He had to move some furniture to do the job and did so cheerfully. The carpet was stained, especially on the stairs, but came up like new after cleaning. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

Once I was able to contact them (call during business hours), they were very agreeable to work with me in a complex situation (I wasn't going to be there - they would have to get the key from the owner in the front house). They were very down-home and friendly. I loved how trusting they were. Renee wasn't worried about getting paid up front or at the moment when the job was done. They sent me a bill in the mail a week later. After the cleaning, the carpet didn't look new, but it was a whole lot better. I know they did the best that was possible because the carpet was gross and hadn't been cleaned in a long, long time. They are very professional, easy to work with, and generally nice people! It was a great experience.

They were scheduled to arrive between 2:30 and 4:30. The techs split the difference and came around 3:30. It was absolutely fine, well within the agreed upon time limit. The gentlemen were pleasant and very quick in their duties. The carpet looks fantastic. I have three year old so I know what they can do to carpet. I was very pleased with the results and will certainly use Distinctive in the future.

On time. Courteous. One spot I wasn't sure was coming out - it did with the extra effort that was put in. Very satisfied.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE A WONDERFUL SALES LADY WHO HELPED ME DECIDE WHAT WE NEEDED, THEN SENT A VERY NICE MAN TO COMPLETE THE WORK. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

ROBERT WAS ON TIME, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DID A GREAT JOB. THERE WERE SOME SPOTS ON THE CARPET AND HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THEY WOULDN'T COME OUT. IT WAS SOME KIND OF RUST?? ANYWAY HE DID A GREAT JOB ON REST OF HOME LOOKS GREAT. I HAVE ANIMALS.

DISTINCTIVE CARPET CARE WAS VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. I HAD RECEIVED A SEVERAL DIFFERENT PRICE QUOTES AND THEY SEEMED TO BE COMPETITIVE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON OUR CARPETING AND DID A VERY NEAT JOB AS FAR AS CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS. THE CLEANING HAS SEEMED TO HOLD UP VERY WELL AND THEY GOT ALL THE STAINS UP. THEY ARRIVED JUST WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND TOOK GOOD CARE IN COMPLETELY CLEANING THOROUGHLY.

VERY PROMPT AND THEIR PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE. THEIR WORKERS ARE PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE, THEY HAVE ALWAYS TAKEN CARE FOR MY HOME, AND THEY WORK THEIR SCHEDULE AROUND MY OFFICE HOURS, I HAVE REFERRED THEIR SERVICE TO A LOT OF MY FRIENDS.

WHEN I PHONED FOR AN APPT. I WAS EXPECTING TO HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK OR SO. I WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPT. RIGHT AWAY. THE GAL THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE. THE CREW THAT CLEANED MY CARPETS WERE ON TIME AND VERY NICE.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEIR PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE. I WILL USE THEM I AM SURE MANY TIMES IN THE FUTURE.

THEY CAME OVER, CLEANED MY CARPETS, MY SOFA, AND MY CHAIR. VERY NICE. DID A GREAT JOB, GOT SPOTS OUT I DIDN'T THINK WOULD COME OUT.

THEN ABOUT A WEEK LATER, WE GOT A CARD IN THE MAIL THANKING US FOR THE BUSINESS AND MAKING SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY LEFT A NUMBER TO REACH THE OWNER WITH ANY CONCERNS. VERY GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!
