My name is Jason Nelson, I independently own & operate this business. Dependable Door is an emergency garage door repair business. I accept cash, check & all major credit cards due upon completion of any repair work. For new door purchases I collect a ten percent deposit up front & the remaining balance once the door is installed.

On this occasion the carriage finally wore out so I called him up around noon. He was able to come out the same day and gave me a time-window. On this occasion he was not going make the window so he called asking if it could be extended an hour. Hey, stuff happens and I'm glad he called. He arrived when he said he would and quickly solved the problem.
Dependable Garage Door Services is a very small shop which I like because small shops tend to do a better job in my experience.
Anyway, highly recommended!
