Cozy Quilt Shop has a very nice service, selection of fabrics and clothing supplies. They have specials and discounts. They bring well known teachers for classes.

I know nothing about sewing machines, so they took care of it. It was a really nice one. They held my hand and helped me through the process.

I was ready to upgrade my sewing machine but was nervous about buying an expensive embroidery sewing machine. I knew that it was going to be a serious investment and I wanted to make sure that it was something that I would use on a weekly if not daily basis. The staff at Cozy Quilt Shop let me try their entire machine selection over the course of several visits. They were patient and understanding of my nervousness over such a large purchase. The one thing I did not feel was pressure to hurry and buy the machine. Today or any other day. When I was ready to purchase the machine, Janice (a Bernina sales representative at the shop) talked me through all of the paperwork. She also was able to work out a great purchasing plan that gave me 18 months to pay off the machine with 0% APR interest. Along with the machine, Cozy Quilt Shop has a set of mastery classes that help a sewer learn all the ins and outs of their new machine. All the classes (about 8 altogether) were free for me to take at any time in order to learn and practice on my new sewing machine. It has been about a year now since I bought my machine. The machine has had no major or minor repairs. Anytime that I have had a question (I m always forgetting the correct tension I need for certain projects) the girls over at Cozy Quilt have been more than happy to answer my questions over the phone. When I stop by the shop to pick up some fabric or notions I am greeted warmly. It is one of the few places that the staff recognizes and calls me by my name rather than ma am. I really appreciate it too! I can say with certainty if (when) I plan on upgrading to another machine I will be buying it at Cozy Quilt Shop.

DURING THE CEDAR FIRE WHICH LEFT AT LEAST 100 LOCAL STUDENTS HOMELESS, THIS SHOP DONATED AT LEAST A DOZEN HAND MADE QUILTS TO NEWLY HOMELESS TEENS. EXCELLENT STAFF, FRIENDLY HELPFUL WORKERS AND GREAT FABRIC PRICES.
