Smooth - as expected

I have used them three times over the years. He provides excellent service.

It was a quick job - no hassles, everything went smoothly. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away when he left. Nice guy.

It went quite well; Coy showed up as planned after one rescheduling and had the tree removed the first day; he came back the next day and ground the stump and did final clean up. the clean up wasn't quite as thorough as we would have liked and we would have liked to have some of the main roots by the stump ground but Coy had an extremely reasonable price compared to others we had give us an estimate and did a good, if not excellent, job. We did have to fix a sprinkler and a broken pipe; I don't know if this is par for the course or not but he did return and cap the the broken pipe. Overall, I felt we had a very good price and a reasonably good job and I would use Coy again.

Next day, he arrived at scheduled time. Trimmed the tree - great clean up, He noticed a broken PVC pipe and asked me to turn on the sprinklers to make sure he hadn't broken it during the job. I couldn't over-ride the sprinkler system so we weren't sure if he had broken it. He said if I found that he had broken it, I should call him and he would repair it. The sprinklers are due to turn on tomorrow, so I'll update this report if necessary. Very personable and professional. Would definitely recommend him and use his company again.

They were prompt and did a good job at a reasonable price (the first time). The bad thing about this company is that the second time we used them, their price doubled over the previous time they were out. We paid $125 the first time and $250 the second.

Work was done on schedule and very quickly.

I think they are reasonably priced and they know a lot about landscaping field. They did a real good with the tree removal and everything was done very neatly. They always make sure they ask me what I want done and they follow details very well.

Coy promptly scheduled and performed the service. He did an excellent job; and everything was left clean.

TOOK PRECAUTIONS AROUND THE POOL AND GROUND STUMP DOWN - TOOK A DAY AND A HALF AND WAS ABOUT $500 LESS THAN 2 OTHER BIDS.
