"WHEN CLOCKS ARE SERVICED IN THE HOME, THEY STILL REQUIRE TIME ADJUSTMENTS BY THE CUSTOMER. WE HAVE NO WAY OF ADJUSTING THE CLOCK TO THE PRECISE TIME ON ONE TRIP. THIS IS STANDARD AND IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY FROM THE TIME THE CLOCK IS PURCHASED (PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS FROM MANUFACTURER.) HOWEVER, HE NEVER ADVISED US THAT THE CLOCK WAS LOSING TIME. WE WOULD HAVE ADVISED HIM HOW TO CORRECT THE TIMEKEEPING. REGARDING THE 2 WALL CLOCKS BROUGHT IN FROM THE SERVICE CALL, SINCE THIS CALL WAS DONE PRIOR TO JUNE 2005, ONE OF THE CLOCKS HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND THE OTHER ONE THEY OPTED NOT TO REPAIR AND BOTH CLOCKS WERE RETURNED TO HIM MANY MONTHS AGO. TO OUR KNOWLEDGE, THE CUSTOMER WAS SATISFIED WITH THE FINAL OUTCOME. AT THE TIME THE SERVICE CALL WAS DONE, WE DID HAVE AN EXTREMELY LONG WORK LIST AND HAD ONLY ONE REPAIR PERSON, HOWEVER, WE NOW HAVE 2 REPAIR PEOPLE AND OUR WAIT TIME IS 2-3 MONTHS. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT HIS REPORT WAS WRITTEN IN JUNE 2005 (OVER 18 MONTHS AGO) AND WE JUST RECEIVED THE NOTICE THAT WE HAD BEEN ADDED TO ANGIE'S LIST ON DECEMBER 12, 2006."
