They were fine. They were professional and on-time. I would call them again.

Inspector was professional, tidy and informative. Sales representative who called was slightly pushy about required inspections and condition of masonry or bricks but these were not inspected! I called the Fire Safety Dept and they said there were no requirements, just recommendations. We used them in the past and will use in the future.

John came out and inspected my gas and wood burning chimneys and vents. Cleaned wood burning unit. Also cleaned out my dryer vent. I love that the company calls me every fall to set up the service. I just found out thay they also service your furnace and are having them come out in 2 weeks top provide this service.

They were great. They are from San Diego but they drove all the way up here to see us. They were small, friendly and eager. They were a good company.

John did a great job! He made the job look so easy...he helped me understand how to properly clean and maintain my fire place. In addition, he made a recommendation with regards to adjusting the fuel line based on safety concerns. Good Job!

The job went very well. They did a thorough inspection and made some recommendations. They took some pictures of the things that were wrong and also did a nice job of cleaning.

It went extremely well. They cleaned the entire chimney and analyzed the problem. I was quite satisied.

The representative swept the chimney, using professional cleaning equipment. He took less than an hour and gave invaluable information about keeping my chimney clean in the future. Not expensive ($119). Money well spent.

They came and laid out a tarp. He said everything looked alright nothing needed repaired. Then he cleaned the chimney and cleaned up after himself. He was a friendly, business-like man.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS THAT, THEY DID ONE HELL OF A JOB ON REDESIGNING MY FIREPLACE AND MANTLE. VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB AND THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY CORDIAL.

THE SWEEP WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT NOISE TO A MINIMUM. THEY RETURNED MY CALLS VERY PROMPTLY. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCED WAS GOOD.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME AND COVERED MY HOME WITH DROPCLOTHS TO PROTECT FROM ANY SOOT DAMAGE. THE CLEANING WAS THOROUGH AND THE INSPECTION WAS COMPLETE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THE SERVICE AND LEFT EVERYTHING VERY NEAT.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. THE PERSON WHO CAME AND DID THE SERVICE HAD ALSO RECOMMENDED FUTURE SERVICES THAT WE CAN USE TO HELP KEEP OUR CHIMNEY IN GOOD CONDITION.

OVERALL, THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND FINISHED THE JOB QUICKLY.

THIS COMPANY COMES WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO AND DOES WHAT THEY ARE CONTRACTED TO DO. THE SWEEP WAS INFORMATIVE, COURTEOUS AND EXTREMELY CLEAN IN HIS APPROACH TO CLEANING MY CHIMNEY. HE SAID THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY RESIDUE LEFT IN MY LIVING ROOM, RUG, OR FURNITURE AFTER THE CLEANING PROCEDURE AND HE WAS RIGHT! I LIKE IT WHEN PEOPLE ARE HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR JOB. I MAY NOT NEED THE CHIMNEY CLEANED FOR A FEW MORE YEARS, BUT I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO SEVERAL OTHER FRIENDS.

SERVICE PERSON SENT WAS VERY CAPABLE AND DID THE JOB WITHOUT A MESS. SHOWED ME THE GAP BETWEEN THE LINTEL AND THE INTERIOR OF THE MANTEL THAT COULD EVENTUALLY LEAD TO A FIRE. REPAIRED IT WITHOUT HAVING TO MAKE A SECOND APPOINTMENT.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS USING A BRUSH THAT HAD HALF THE BRISTLES MISSING AND ONLY TOOK 10-15 MINUTES. I FELT THE JOB WAS NOT AS THOROUGH AS THEY HAVE DONE IN THE PAST.

SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID THE JOB IN A CLEAN MANNER AND WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE THEM OUT EVER YEAR FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS AND THEY CALL ME WHEN ITS TIME TO CHECK AND CLEAN AGAIN.
