Mr. Chadick was very helpful. I'd gotten a price of $1,500 from another electrician to replace the box because the inside cover was missing and the wiring was exposed (SDG&E required it). Mr. Chadick said he might be able to find me an old replacement cover from a shop he knew of that carried old parts. He found it, installed it to the satisfaction of SDG&E, then verified that all the electrical in the house was working properly and even removed a poorly installed flood light that a previous tenant had installed.
He was prompt, did exactly what he said he would do; it only took a couple of days for him to find it and get it installed. Everything about him was very professional. He has since done some other, more minor work for me in other rental properties. VERY professional. He is at the top of my list to call whenever I have an electrical problem.
