CASUAL DINING & BAR STOOLS

This report is on the Miramar store location. Beautiful store with great selection and I was very happy with the help I got from the sales associate. Unfortunately, they have failed to deliver as promised. Purchased the set with more than half paid in cash on Oct 31. Told sales associate that our kitchen remodel will finish by early Dec and will want the set delivered by then and he said no problem. Now I find out that set is still on truck in transit to San Diego. Store says they can arrange delivery next Tuesday. Well that is too late for first gathering of my friends this Saturday. I suggested to store to make a partial delivery of 4 stools that are in. They will not do this as it will cost them an extra delivery charge. Well - I paid my significant down payment and store apparently did not want to order in time so they have sat on my money. Difficult to get through to store on the phone, especially if you try for the order status / delivery option. Trying for sales generally gets you through on the phone. I will say that they at least returned my calls but order fulfillment in a timely manner as promised not done and not willing to meet me halfway on my proposed solution of a partial delivery - they should eat the extra delivery charge.

THEIR PRICE RANGE WAS THE BEST OF ALL THAT I SAW. THE SIZE AND ALL THE FEATURES WERE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.
