The overall experience was horrible. Both Joe and Steve were unprofessional and loud. They said the job would be done in four days and it took 3 weeks! We were without a shower for that whole time, and they left a huge mess after themselves each day. Before they started, we placed cloth tarps over our stairs and hallway to protect our new carpet. They seemed to not even care, and would move the tarps aside and get the carpet dirty. When I tried to talk to Ron Meyer (the manager) about it on the phone, he defended the workers and offered no apology for the mess, or that it was taking so long. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

"SINCE THAT TIME JOE AND STEVE HAVE BEEN LET GO. THE REASON WHY THE JOB TOOK LONGER WAS THE FACT THAT MORE PREP WORK WAS NEEDED AFTER THE FIRST BID WAS MADE ALSO, MORE MATERIAL WAS NEEDED THAT WAS BACK ORDERED. SINCE THAT TIME WE HAVE HIRED GREAT TILE SETTERS AND HAVE RECEIVED MANY REFERRALS BECAUSE OF THEM. THERE ARE ALWAYS TWO SIDES OF A STORY. OUR AIM AT CARPETS GALORE IS 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. WE ARE A MEMBER OF THE BBB WITH A SPOTLESS RECORD. THANK YOU, RON MEYER"
