I CALLED THEM TWICE AND FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF THEM. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, AND MY CARPET LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER AFTER THEY CLEANED THEM. THEY USED THIS DRY CHEMICAL THAT DOES NOT LEAVE YOUR CARPET WET.
