we ordered wood floring that was defective and was in a fight with the supplier, as they had 3 different experts come out and check the floor, he was here with them everytime and was availabe for questions from them. It took us over a year to get this straightin out,
as we got new flooring he was thier as he sadi he would be to start install. He even put in a design at no cost to us.

Todd provided a detailed estimate one day after doing a thorough inspection of the exterior of my home. After I accepted his proposal, the work started several days latter and on time as Todd promised. All of the work was finished on time. The clean up each day was complete. Todd and his associatets were polite and respectful of my property.
