WE PURCHASED THIS SPA FROM THE COMPANY BUT OUR WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND FAIR PRICED FOR THE REPLACEMENT PARTS AND LABOR THAT WAS REQUIRED.

I OWN A COMPETITOR'S SPA BUT AM NOT IMPRESSED BY THEIR SERVICE, SO I WENT TO MY LOCAL CALDERA SPA STORE TO SEE ABOUT FIXING MY MOTOR AND INSTEAD ENDED UP PURCHASING A NEW MOTOR AND HAVING IT INSTALLED. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD AND THE NEW MOTOR WORKS MUCH MORE EFFICIENTLY THEN THE OLD ONE. IT'S A LOT QUIETER TOO! THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SEEM TO REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF.
