The whole process went great. Bill and Michael were very professional and removed my 23 year old fence and replaced it with a beautiful picture frame cedar fence. They cleaned everything up perfectly. The entire job only took five hours. My neighbor and I are very happy. The price was very fair. It is so nice now to look out into the backyard and see the beautiful new fence. It makes my whole backyard look great. I highly recommend C & J Fence Company. They are true experts.

They are not gifted with communication. But when they set out do do the fencing task, they are excellent.

Bill came out & looked at the job and gave me his proposal. It was 25% less than other bids I received. We accepted his proposal knowing that the work could not be performed till 8 weeks later. It was worth the wait. We had to reschedule the job and he accommodated us within the same week. He showed up on time with all the material and went to work right away. There were no issues with the job & they completed it in one day. They cleaned up the work area at the end of the day. We were very pleased with all aspects of the job and would definitely hire Bill again.

I do not write many reviews because we use so many providers. However, Bill from C&J Fence really stands out. I did not use this company initially and had lots of other companies look at my gates. But However, most of the companies just wanted to replace all of my gates instead of repairing/altering them. Bill is very reasonably priced and does high quality work. The only drawback is that he is so popular that he is backed up for months. We need new fencing and some fence moved. I will not make the same mistake twice. I am going to wait a couple of months for Bill and his son to do it. Highly recommend!

Their bid was 25-30% lower than the other two I received.  The workmanship is excellent, both in the construction and in the installation.  They responded very professionally to my needs and suggestions.  Because it's a small business--only two men--and they do such good work, they're always in demand and the project took longer than it might have taken with another company; but we weren't in a hurry, we saved some money, and we got exactly what we wanted.

Due some to challenging landscape issues, I needed a custom build that didn't break the bank. Bill helped me find an innovative, cost-effective, and most importantly *high quality* solution that I couldn't he happier about. Fence looks great and I am confident it will last.
I recently bought the house and am in the middle of juggling a handful of contractors and bids.  It was very refreshing to get an estimate from C & J, then actually have Bill show up (with his son) and personally complete the job. I didn't have to worry about details being lost due to passing on work to a subcontracted crew.  Just a great, trustworthy guy. I'd use C&J again, but it looks like it is going to be a long time before I need too.

I've worked with C&J before.  I was pleased with the first job, which is why I called them back.  This job was much smaller than the first one, so we handled the details by phone.  I marked the fence line with yellow tape, they came out one day when I was at work and did exactly what we discussed.  The stealth fence - I never saw them put it up, but the fence was there when I got home.  Not always easy to get in touch with, but worth the second or third phone call.  Once you are on their radar, they help you find economical solutions, if that's what you want.

Bill and his coworker are so friendly, it was a pleasure doing business with them.  Bill came to our home to see and measure our existing exterior railing, he had an estimate a week later (he had my phone number wrong, so I called him after a week went by. He apologized and gave me his estimate over the phone).  Once we decided to go with their company, they came to the house, built a frame on the sight, took it back to their shop and finished it.  They had it powder coated (included in the cost). They then brought it back to our home for installation, which took about 4 hours. While they were at our home they repaired a few rusted out areas of our existing railing and didn't charge us. It took about a month from the point of them building the frame to installation.

Fencing was incomplete and some of the work was not up to standard. Needed to have Bill come back which he did. Response was not always immediate.
