Gary is a consummate professional in every sense! A pleasant person to work with, a skilled master carpenter, kitchen designer, and general contractor with an eye for design and attention to detail. I chose Build It Construction over two other contractors because of Garyâ s excellent reviews and because his bid was within the budget set by my insurance. Gary custom built new cabinets, completed tile work, repaired walls, reinstalled plumbing and appliances, and restored my kitchen like new after incurring significant water damage. He and his assistant came every morning on time and the project was completed on schedule. You can tell when someone enjoys what they do and takes great pride in their work. Thatâ s Gary! I trusted his recommendations for some improvements and I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the finished result. I am a 30-year homeowner and I would call Build It Construction (aka: Gary) again with future home improvement projects.

We have done many remodel projects. Gary is by far the best contractor! He is an expert. He is knowledgeable, gives helpful design recommendations, has a great crew and he has been on the job everyday! In addition, he is cheerful...an all around good guy. We were dreading this remodel...he has made it a joy!

Gary and his team at Build-It were on time and on budget. They were conscientious of our home and the fact that our lives were upended by the construction. Gary himself never missed an appointment and was extremely reliable. The original quote was complete and understandable and each of the two change orders during remodel were communicated clearly and executed at our discretion. Gary can design whatever it is you want your home to become, even if you are not exactly sure what that is. He has great relationships with various vendors, including flooring, counter tops, and cabinetmakers. And Build-It coordinates all the interactions to make sure everything happened on schedule. Most important with this type of investment is the end result. Gary and Build-It completely transformed our kitchen and living room. Gary is a true craftsman and ensured that every detail was complete before signing off on the job. Every day we get to enjoy the beauty and function of our new space and we have Gary and his team to thank for it.
