Budget Electric - Electrician El Cajon

I already reviewed him and was waiting for him to contact me. I also expected a call from Angie's list. He called last week and left message about the returned check and said if I don't want to pay he would take legal action. Doesn't sound like he wants to talk, just threaten. I'm not opposed to paying a service call. I offered to give him his original check. He was to return the next day. No show, no call. Left a receipt with note, call me when you're ready to knock walls down. He is not punctional, said he forgot me, doesn't make an effort to keep in touch. Did not satisfy me that he knew where the problem could be. Offered no other alternatives. He is not good at customer service. He left outlets not wired and some outlet parts laying around outside. Now I have to find someone else.
