BMW OF EL CAJON

I have a BMW and I use the BMW of El Cajon dealer.?The car's still under warranty, so there was no cost.? I've been using them for fifteen years.?I'm on my 5th BMW. I brought it in in the morning and they finished it by the end of the day.?It was perfect. They are the best car company I've ever dealt with.

I have bought 5 cars there.  The work is not cheap but it's excellent.  You can bring your car to them for body work but they'll send you out to a place where they have their body work done.  They'll do it for you but it won't be done there at their location.

It's always ready on time.  It's the best dealer I've ever experienced & I've been buying cars for 50 years and this was the #1 dealership I've ever worked with.  I will continue to use them.

With regard to price, it was part of the warranty service, so there was no cost. The service was outstanding. The workers were quite friendly and professional. They know what they are doing, and they get us in and out. I made an appointment time. They were ready for it when I made it. It was pretty much instantaneous; I was in and out. I would tell a friend that if they have to service their car then this is not a bad choice.

I would not recommend them to anyone. They took 2, nearly 3 weeks to fix the car. I had to go back to LA and come back to get my car. It was there mistake for the length of the service. No one knew what the other was doing. My car was left for a week before they even looked at it. They told me that they were trying to solve it, but they hadn't even looked at it for a whole week.

This company is great! We've had our BMW for about two years and bring it in to BMW of El Cajon for oil changes and other service items. They are prompt, courteous and professional. My car comes back shiny clean and ready to go for another 3,000 miles. As this was my last service while under warranty, they took care to replace wiper blades, "scope" it to assure it was running perfectly, replaced a cracked interior item, replaced my radio, replaced all of the filters. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Thank you BMW El Cajon!

Since I purchased my 2011 BMW 328I I have taken it to the BMW of El Cajon (were I purchased the vehicle) for all maintenence, warranty, and a recall on the battery cable. They have always been very friendly and informative. When I need one I am provided a courtesy car. They do go through the car from top to bottom. One time I went in because a brake light was out. It was a ground wire that came loose. The looked and the rotors and replaced the fronts. I did not even ask.

They are OK. They usually give me a discount. They are probably the best of all the BMW dealers, most of the time. I had some major work and the service manager there wouldn't give me any discount on a $8000 job, so I took it somewhere else. The work goes fine just a little expensive.

I give my highest recommendation to Michael McCabe and BMW El Cajon. I had such a positive experience from start to finish with him and his dealership. I recently purchased a new BMW from him for my wife. We were shopping around a while online and contacted all of the Internet managers at the other BMW dealerships in the area. I can say without a doubt that he was the most responsive and friendly out of all the dealerships I had dealt with.It was his quick response and "can do" attitude that convinced me to buy from him and his dealership even though his dealership wasn't the closest to my home. It was worth the drive to his dealership as he offered the best price but also the most responsive service which is important.From the start, he assured me that he would get the BEST price bar none. He absolutely delivered on that promise. Plus, he offered free weekly car washes as well. Something that no other dealership offered.The model BMW my wife wanted wasn't in stock but Mike ordered it from another dealership and kept us informed throughout the month on the status of the delivery. When we went to go pick the car up, he was so refreshingly great to deal with. Many car salesmen get a bad reputation but it was so wonderful to deal with someone of his integrity and character. To boot, he is just an all around good guy. For example, he just got back from a volunteer trip helping out the less fortunate in the Dominican Republic. It made us feel great dealing with someone with his character.Everyone at his dealership was very friendly. We have 2 young kids and all the secretaries there were friendly offering them juice, coloring books, crayons, water, etc. Just very pro-family environment which you don't expect at a high end dealership.I would highly recommend Michael and his dealership for anyone out there looking for a new BMW. I don't think anyone out there can match their prices and friendly, professional service.
