Bath Fitter

Took much of the fears out of hiring for a home renovation project. They handle the materials and the labor during quoting and any incidentals are pretty well addressed and covered as well. Very easy to work with and had answers for all questions.

The installer was on time, clean and very professional. He stayed until 7p.m. I am loving my new shower, which is in the apartment on the lower floor of our home. I will be very proud to show now. Its beautiful.Thank you Bathfitters!

When I got my tub installed, everything looked perfect and I was so excited. Come to find out, our tub will no longer drain. Bath fitters told us to find our solution even though we had no issues with drainage before our bathtub remodel. Bath fitters are refusing to help us, saying their technicians are not plumbers and they are too busy for our problems. We are not allowed to use Drain-O because of the acrylic. They only said to use a plunger and I do not know what else to tell you. Bath fitters said debris might have gotten into our pipes, but they are too busy to send someone out to fix it. They do not care about their customers and I would never recommend them to anyone.

High quality workmanship & materials, staff were professional & had excellent communication. It was much more expensive than other quotes, but worth it in the end… lifetime warranty, peace of mind & a beautiful shower/ tub combo.

Not sure on work quality as it's not installed yet!

The installation was fine but they had to back order the tower shelf and it could be 4 more weeks. Then I also have to wait for the shower doors to be installed and no has called me to set up the installation of the shower doors.

Bath Fitter did a great job taking out the old shower & replacing it with a good quality shower. The installer, James, was very friendly & knowledgeable. He took great care to keep the work area clean & to keep the rest of my house clean. I am very pleased with the finished product. As promised, the shower was installed in one day. I recommend Bath Fitter.

My tub enclosure is scheduled to be installed in 6 to 8 weeks

Had water get between the old and new shower floor because the drain wasn?t properly sealed. I?m still trying to get it completely fixed after they?ve been there 3 separate times. This last visit he said he is confident it will dry over time, which to me isn?t a fix

Horrible product that you'll have problems with. When you call customer service to fix the problem they only come out during weekdays so you'll have to take time off of work. Beware of company, product and sales pitch!
