Artisan Concrete

Rick is soft spoken, a good communicater, and  gave us what we asked for and more.  We agreed to wait two weeks for Rick to start the work, and once they started the job, they stayed with it until they were finished. The prep work included grading, form work, sceeding, compaction and installing rebar. This was a big job. Not counting the prep work, we had 7 days of pouring concrete. with obstructions like block walls, and sloping landscape with one extremely sharp turn in the driveway.  It went smoothly in spite of the difficulties.  With their skills they made the task look like a well coreagraphed dance.  Rick and his crew were plasant, polite, and congenial with us, and each other.  We never heard yelling, argueing,or profanity during the intire job. At the end of the job all stakess, and froms were removed,  Once when Rick saw some form work his crew had done, which he was not happy with, he changed it to meet his standards.
When the job was finished, we served pizza, watermelon, beer, and iced tea.  To my surprise, no one touched the cold beer, but everything else was enjoyed by all.  Especially the watermelon.  It was a good experience being around Rick and his crew. And by the way, his crew consisted of family members, and men whom he's worked with for a long time. We are extremely happy with the outcome of his work, and are considering using him again in a future project we have planned.
