Appliance Repair
APEX WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. THE INSTALLATION TEAM THAT THEY SENT DID NOT KNOW HOW TO MODIFY THE EXISTING ELECTRICAL OUTLET TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW OVEN. SO, THEY LEFT THE DOUBLE OVEN IN OUR KITCHEN AND THE EXPOSED WIRES IN THE HOLE IN THE WALL AND LEFT FOR THE DAY. I HAD TO CALL AN ELECTRICIAN AND PAY FOR HIM TO DO A TWO MINUTE JOB TO MODIFY THE OUTLET FOR THE NEW OVENS. I HAD TO PAY HIM OVER $100 FOR A JOB THAT APEX SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO. WE WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT USE THEM IF WE PURCHASED A NEW APPLIANCE FROM THIS STORE AGAIN.
