Property Appraisal
This service came upfront loaded with a trip charge. When the service contacted, they said they will honor Angi’s pre-paid flat fee as reference, which was $192 per what was shown on Angi’s website. Since I had difficulty booking such flat fee service, I took Anderson’s commitment. However, upon their arrival this morning, they quoted $512 !!! And the quote was only to replace a wax ring! I shared with them what I was told by Anderson on the phone and what I saw the flat fee.... Since they have a trip charge, hence they are on the dominating side and finally they insisted to charge $438 !!! For an under $20 wax ring with less than 30 minute work! I do not recommend this service and I will try to stay away from this service mainly due to its dishonesty to hook up business.
