Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Our AC was making a funny noise and we talked to this guy Ronnie, who said to me, "You're crazy lady". He said he couldn't hear it and brushed me off. When we went to turn it back on, it wouldn't come on. We called them and it took them from May 30 until July 7 to replace the thing. Every time this guy came out, he was obnoxious and condescending. I spoke with my insurance company to complain and they said that was too bad. I'm unhappy with both of them now, the insurance co and the AC people.
