The experience has been very good. I have used them for about 15 years. Their price is very reasonable. They are quick and efficient. Although they have had to miss appointments, they don’t intend to miss them. They try to get out and do the best they can. They have kept us on alert about anything that we need to know about termites. Their quality of service is very good.

I WAS SOMEWHAT SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. I USED THEM FOR OVER A YEAR'S TIME. THE BUGS SEEMED TO BE UNDER CONTROL. ALTHOUGH, I STILL DID GET ANTS AT A CERTAIN TIME OF THE YEAR. A FEW TIMES I HAD TO DEAL WITH ONE EMPLOYEE AND HE WAS LACKING IN THE MANNERS DEPARTMENT. HE WAS NOT PROPERLY TRAINED TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS. HE WAS A BIT RUDE.

ALGON HAS BEEN A GOOD COMPANY AND I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS. WHENEVER I HAVE A PROBLEM THEY COME OUT RIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE ANIMALS AND WHAT TYPE OF SPRAY THEY WILL USE TO KEEP THEM SAFE ALSO. ALGON HAS BEEN VERY RELIABLE.

MY COMPLETE HOUSE WAS TENTED AND SPRAYED FOR TERMITES. THIS COMPANY NOT ONLY PROVIDED A COMPETITIVE BID AMONGST 3 ELICITED BUT ALSO PROVIDED THE BEST CUSTOMER-CENTRIC SERVICES, SUCH AS PREPARING THE HOME AND HOME OWNER.

THEY HAVE GOOD PRICES AND WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND IN OUR TIME FRAME. WE CONTACTED THEM ON TUESDAY AND THEY WERE OUT ON FRIDAY TO START THE TENTING. THEY WERE TO BE DONE ON SUNDAY, BUT ACTUALLY CAME BACK ON SATURDAY AND TOOK OFF THE TENT. WE THEN HAD TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY FOR THE INSPECTOR TO GIVE THE ALL CLEAR. VERY SMOOTH TRANSACTION.
