RICK, THE CONTRACTOR, RARELY SHOWED UP. HE SENT CREWS ON SATURDAYS ONLY FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. RICK GREEDILY TOOK MY MONEY, BUT RARELY COMPLETED A TASK ON TIME. HE USED MY PERSONAL PROPERTY, NEVER CLEANED UP, AND NEVER FINISHED THE JOB. I WILL BE SHARING THIS WITH THE CA. STATE CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING BOARD.
