ACTION SPA REPAIR

Excellent. They sent 2 guys (one seasoned expert, one new trainee). They did great, found leak that I was unable to find. Checked the jets and found one line was not working and fixed that. Very efficient and professional work. I've used Action Spa twice in the past for repairs. With 3 service requests in 3 yrs, I've had 100% outstanding service.

The owner identified the problem and replaced a pump. That seemed to take cre of the leak. He also gave us an overview of how the hot tub worked and what to do with the chemicals.

All got fixed but not in one trip, and more work needed and thus higher cost than initial estimate. Seems to be a good job, and the repairman was quite knowledgeable.

My spa began leaking and I was hoping repairs were possible.  They were able to come within 3 days, did an expert job of identifying the leaks, including inspections of most gaskets and other fittings.  They were able to obtain all the parts needed quickly and it was all installed and up and running within 7 days.  I was extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and knowledge of what was needed.  Overall Great Service!

Overall very good service. Nothing is cheap, tech had a billing error I had to clear w/action.

When installing the light it did stop the leak but the LED light is so dim you cannot tell if the light is even on even at night. Also the jacuzzi was very noisy compared to before, so I called them back to complain that something was not right, the service person did not leave any information about the Ozonator about how to use it and chemical use with it. I called to get them to come back out but they could not come out until December 27 in which they said was the high voltage contactor. Which cost an additional $127.00 it did fix the problem. So now we have invested $735.00 and the light is still useless . The service guy said the next time I change the water to call and schedule another appointment so they can check out the light. I am hoping that there will not be an additional charge for that light to be fixed so it does some good. I have been a customer of Action Spa for at least fifteen years. I am not 100 percent satisfied as in the past hopefully they will take care of my concerns.

Installation was quick and seemed to be accurately performed, may have required some adaptive issues installing the larger sized pump unit into foam-filled recess of older pump.  The tech also replace pipe fittings and O rings to ensure proper connections without leakage.

My experience with them was good. They don't try to sell something you don't need. They were also very honest about what is wrong with the spa.

The repair person arrived within the scheduled time frame.  After diagnosing the problem to be the 2.5 horsepower pump, the repairman took out the old pump and proceeded to replace it.  He realized that the replacement pump did not have the same capacitor as the old pump, so he went back to the store and picked up another pump with the proper capacitor.  Upon his return he quickly put in the new pump and tested it.  All went well and the job was done within the original estimate.  I am completely satisfied with the repair.

When our spa broke we called Action Spa because they keep Jacuzzi parts in stock. They were polite about scheduling service the first time and second time. The first repairman from Action Spas was unable to fix the spa and did not clean up after himself well. He charged $75. for a diagnostic fee. The second repairman from Action Spas figured out what was wrong right away and fixed it with parts on his truck. He cleaned up after himself and gave me helpful spa care tips.

I subsequently had some problems with it and they came right back and fixed it. There were no problems. I have no complaints about them at all. They did good work. They were prompt. They were punctual. They showed up on time and they did what they were supposed to. The price was not cheap. I made calls to some other people and the prices were basically the same. Everybody was right about the same to do the same repair. They weren't above or below the others pricewise. They were very timely. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

It went well. unfortunately the company's computer crashed and the repairman did not show up at the scheduled time. we contacdted the company and they were able to get the repairman over to the house several hours later.

We recently bought a used spa and we thought the filter was cycling to often and we couldn't find the solution in the owner's manual. The manual that came with the spa was very complicated and was not very thorough and we couldn't figure out how to do things, so we didn't know if the problem was us or the spa. I found Action Spa Repair on Angie's list and called. The person I spoke with asked me good questions to get an idea of our problems and then switched me to a scheduler. I scheduled an appointment for a week later. The company called the day before to confirm. Our technician was Eric. He arrived on time. He was friendly, polite, professional and very nice. He figured out our problem was due to settings and then "trained" us on how to set the temp and filter cycles on our spa. He then also reviewed with us how to maintain the spa and use the chemicals correctly. We now understand how to setup and maintain our spa.

The spa was not operated for a number of months and after cleaning and restarting, the automatic heating system was not working. Steven arrived on time and assessed the situation quickly. He had the part on the truck and was able to replace it and get the spa started. He was professional and easy to work with.

The price was not good but the service was good and I would recommend them. I was pleased with how they went about to fix my spa and hot tub. The price was about a B.
