They performed the work promptly and completely. The work passed all inspections that were needed. They hauled away everything they needed to. The area was left fine. They could not have done anything differently.

On his recent visit he told me I didn’t have a pest problem when I know there are gophers because they’ve been digging up my plants and I have experience dealing with them because I used to trap them when I was younger. The gophers in my yard have been messing up all my plants and I called to tell him I had an emergency. I was told by the service man that I should find someone else and they seemed in no rush to come help me with my problem. They come when convenient. I wouldnn't refer them to ANYONE.

We have used them for years and are very happy with their services.

They came on time and sprayed for ants.  We haven't seen any since.  Very pleased with the results.

They were good. We never had any ant problems after they started. We didn't really hear from them - we paid them, and they did the work.

Found company on Angies list. Called and they sent someone out the same day. This appears to be a smaller family run operation so everyone knows their process and provides informed answers at each stage. (No untrained sales reps here!)

They sprayed for ants quarterly at our last house and accommodated us on a Saturday at our new house. We hired them to continue the quarterly service.

I have been more than satisfied with their service. I originally called to set up service for an ant problem, and asked about rodent services as well. They explained exactly what could be done, and NOT done to help with my particular problems. I was also given feedback on how to limit exposure to certain bugs coming into the home (like preventing trees from touching the house to prevent ants from entering). I was impressed that they gave me reasonable expectations and have more than lived up to those expectations. In instances where a sudden infestation of ants occurred, they were out to take care of the problem within 24 hours. I was also given remediation options to help in the interim that were effective and safe around my young children and cats and dogs. Once, they even were able to help me with a rattlesnake situation, quickly, by calling out a specialist who arrive at my home within hours and humanely removed the snake and relocated it to a safer place for both the snake and my family :) I do not believe they actually have rattlesnake service, but were able to help me with an immediate referral at the time. I have recommended them to several of my friends, and plan on using them for all my futire needs as well!

We don't have problems with ants anymore. We have pets, and haven't had any problems with them since they have helped us out. The price is reasonable. The quality of the work is fine.

THESE FOLKS MEET THEIR SERVICE SCHEDULE FOR ON A REGULAR BASIS. THE WORK PRODUCES THE DESIRED RESULTS WHERE THE PEST AROUND THE HOUSE HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY DIMINISHED.
