Excellent...I pointed out the issues, and the plumber went above and beyond to fix them and identify any other concerns I might have now or in the future. Pricing was very reasonable.

A to Z's office staff seems pleasant and cheerful. However, they must be too busy or not need our business because we have been waiting for a quote to finish the job for about three weeks. I have called three times for follow and am told it's coming, but nothing comes. We did pay the Angie's List "deal" fee and we are getting no results...Not sure why we've been left hanging. This is not an emergency job. The plumber did come to look at the work, but now no one is getting back to us. I would give better ratings if I could get the quote for the job, schedule the job and then have something to assess, but now I have nothing--just paid a fee for someone to look...Bummer.

A to Z plumbing installed a toilet in the master bath. They removed the old one, cleaned around the toilet thoroughly, installed the new one and even caulked around it to create a great seal. While they were installing, I told them about a shower handle that suddenly stopped working. They had a replacement part on hand and fixed it while they were here. We had them come back out on 11/11 to fix another toilet that was constantly running. Both times, the plumbers showed up on time, were very professional and got right to work. We will definitely call them again for any future plumbing matters.

We would use them again! My elderly mother complained to me about the drain being slow during a visit from Seattle. I tried to pull the trap out to clean it and a previous handyman Jerry-Rigged everything from the sink pop-up drain to the wall, gluing all the drain pipe, what a mess! I call this plumber based on his high rating in your lists of plumbers. They made an appointment for the next day, I had to leave, so I left this to my mother and her care giver. Two guys arrived, and they did everything I asked for on a note I had left for them. For what they did, I expected it to cost more. I am visiting again two weeks later, and inspected their work, it was very professional. We will use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

They responded quickly and professionally to an emergency service call. The water uptake line was broken in one toilet and flooded the house. When they arrived, I've already stopped the water. They replaced the broken line and all the other toilet lines in the house. They correctly noted that the plastic connectors on the toilet lines tend to break without warning after ~10 years (but often less). After my emergency was settled, I looked it up on the internet and sure enough, there are class-action lawsuits about these plastic connectors. I'm thankful the plumber told me the correct information and replaced these lines with more durable metal connectors. The price was also reasonable for emergency service. I have already called them back to quote a future job.

The service went great! I had gotten referrals from a few neighbors and then checked them out on Angie's List and saw their great reviews. Their bid came in lower than others I had received so I decided on them. I ended getting excellent service at a great price! They cleaned up well after themselves and were very pleasant to have in my home.

The job site is a rental property I own that is about an hour's drive from my home. The tenant informed me about the problem a day before I was leaving on a 10-day trip out of town. I called A-Z Plumbing based on their location and high reviews on Angie's List. They were able to schedule the repair for the next day and to work directly with the tenants to accommodate their schedule. They also offered to send the bill directly to me for payment, a great convenience. My last minute problem was quickly solved, and it couldn't have been easier. The tenant was pleased with their work . . . and so am I!
