I went fine except for the warranty. We were supposed to have a warranty from 4-20-2004 - April 20, 2039 and now we are unable to get in touch with the contractor. I looked up their license (830801 under the name of John Jeffrey Ogle) on the BBB and discovered that their license has been suspended due to failure to comply with workers compensation rules. Another license is listed on Angie's List (708749) with a different name (John Sawaya). I have tried to email and call with no response.

THE COMPANY OWNER CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND ADVISED US ON MATERIALS AVAILABLE AND THE PRICES. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. HIS COMPANY HAD WON AN INTEGRITY AWARD FROM THE LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS BUREAU AND WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA. THE WORKMEN WERE COURTEOUS AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED ON SCHEDULE AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULT. WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY PROBLEMS SINCE THE WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
