A D Building

Do NOT hire this Idiot. He started the work and demanded 80% of the contract price after doing only 20% of the work. He said he will come back to finish. He never showed up two times. He kept saying get somebody else to finish. I asked he return the excess money he took. He never showed up. He cheats people. Never, Never hire him. Even the work he did, was very poor quality. he broke the drywall and I had to find somebody else to fix it. The biggest issue is ne keeps changing the price he quoted. He agreed to do it for $450 and demanded $600 after that. He keeps adding more cost, like picking up new door another $80. First he said no charge for that. Dont believe anything he says. He kept saying he will give written quote and receipt for the money he received. He never did that. It has been 3 months. I plan to take him to court.

Put the door on inside-out (although he did correct this,) didn't finish the job properly and he didn't clean-up after himself. Very unprofessional, sloppy work.

Amer of AD Construction did a truly excellent job in completing the diverse repair and replacement of items on the patio. The replacement of the roof of the gazebo was a complex hob and now appears as new. The other items such as staining, painting, cleaning of the patio and concrete pad were all done well. Amer was very clear in explaining how the work was done and kept me abreast of the progress and completion dates. He is very skillful, a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. I would use him again for any additional work I had to do on my home.

Amer with A D Building was a gem to work with. He came when he said he would, did the work necessary to make the sliding louvered doors work and cleaned up afterwards. Would hire him again.

A (forgot his given name) but he went out of his way to get the right door piece as he went to Home Depot and got it there since he didn't have the right kind with him....had a nice converstion with him = said he was Chaldean....and he is actually a contractor....Good guy !

Amer was on time and performed as promised. He was prepared and thorough. He performed the work in an efficient manner and was very respectful of our house. The quality of the work was exactly what was needed. He cleaned up when he was done and left everything in its original condition. Amer was professional and courteous. He also fixed a door hinge that has been an issue for us for some time at no charge. He noticed the issue and fixed it within minutes. I would highly recommended Amer.

Amer and is crew were excellent. Arrived on time daily and cleaned up the area before securing for the night. The work was outstanding, they replaced a 54 year old gazebo and built a new one to our specification. We were briefed every day as the job progressed and we could not be happier with the final outcome. I will use this organization when I need any work done around our home.

Amer was outstanding in all aspects of the job. He tore down a 54 year old gazebo and built a new one for us. It is 24 feet in diameter, very large. The work was explained before he did it and all went well as planned. He and his crew was on time each day and cleaned up the area every day before securing for the night. I will certainly use this organization again when I need work done.

Very friendly and knowledgable. Put up 1 roll up screen for patio. Adjusted washer and stove balance and was willing to do any more work that I had. I will hopefully have more work done by him again.

Amir was very unprofessional hired him to do a shed installation say day I moved into my new home. He arrived early while unloading the truck. Complained he had a wedding to get to and did not want to complete the job. Worst experience EVER NEVER use this company.

Amer is very personable and capable. He gets the job done! We had some tile work done, and it looks beautiful!
