MIKE WHEN OUT OF HIS WAY TO BE SURE I GOT THE 4.5% RATE. HE MEET ME AT THE PLACE I WAS SIGNING ALL THE PAPERWORK, AT 9 PM AND MADE SURE IT GOT POSTMARKED ON THAT DATE, SO I WOULDN'T LOSE THE RATE. I ALSO HAD SOME TROUBLE WITH FIRE INSURANCE AND HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET THE COMPANY TO GET IT READY BY THE CLOSING DATE.
