The kitchen sink repair went well and the leak has not returned. The bathroom sink is something I had to call in another plumber for. He replaced the pipes and fixed the problem. I wish the first plumber could have done the same as it would have saved money, time and hassle.

Showed up within the specified time and did what appeared to be a good job however, the problem was not solved so I had to call them back.  The second time the fix worked.

I had to remind them about upcoming appontment since they didn't call me even a day before to confirm that they are coming.
Showed up late for appointment by 30 mins.
Did not have the part and went to buy it. Being a standard part of a branded commode, I would have expected him to have the part already.

Snake line through the toilet drain was not successful either because the auger line was driving up to the vent instead of down the line due to incorrect pipe fitting. The recommendation is to install a clean out. Robert, the manager, decided to bill me for an hour worth of work instead of an hour plus the cost to remove and put the toilet in place. His hope is that I will use them for future plumbing issues. I thought that was a nice thing to not charge for the full service even though work had been done but it was not successful.

I am a remote landlord and rely on good service providers to address problems, satisfy tenants, and keep costs in line. Robert was an excellent choice.   He was able to solve a plumbing problem that appeared to be very difficult. He corrected a tub drainage issue in an efficient and economical way and made the tenant happy and saved me $.  In my experience, Robert is a provider who explains issues and solutions well over the phone and who was able to execute sensibly and reasonably.  I will definitely call him again.
