They are terrific! They helped with the choice of the tile and actually let me change the tile as it hadn't been shipped yet. I will use them again.
They don't deliver but I rented a truck from Home Depot and it was not a problem?and probably cheaper than a delivery.

My general contractor handled the actual purchase and delivery of the floor and backsplash tile for our kitchen remodel, but Russ at Western Tile was extremely helpful throughout the selection process. He let us borrow many samples over the course of a few months prior to starting our kitchen remodeling project. He even ordered several samples for me if the ones I saw in catalogs or online were not available in the store, and it never took more than a few days to get what I was looking for. Russ is valuable from a design standpoint as well; he showed us some of the more interesting, new products that might work with our ideas and aesthetic, and he helped with grout selection and sealing products when it came to the floor tile. It's great to see what is available in the world of tile from the internet, but a brick and mortar store like Western Tile, with knowledgeable and easy-going people like Russ to help, are invaluable in the renovation process. Our tile came without a problem and looks great, and after a full year of using our kitchen, the floors and backsplash still look great and have served us well. Western Tile is a great local resource!

The tile for the living room was about $1000 and the tile for the bathroom would be around $800.

No story, just a good tile store that carries supplies for the pro and DIY'er. The brands they carry are top of the line too. If Home Depot doesn't have it, this store will. Even if Home Depot DOES have it, these guys will actually provide customer service and answer any questions you may have.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL, LETTING US CHECK OUT TILE SAMPLES. WHEN CHOICES WERE MADE THEY ALSO ASSISTED US IN PICKING GROUT TO MATCH OUR SELECTIONS.

STEVE AT WESTERN TILE WAS GREAT. HE ARRIVED ON TIME and INSTALLED THE TILES AS REQUESTED. HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE and TOOK PRIDE IN HIS WORK. THE TILES ARE BEAUTIFUL.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME FIGURE OUT THE PLACEMENT AND LAYOUT OF THE TILE PATTERN. THEY WERE ABLE TO GIVE ME A LOT OF INFORMATION ON THE PROPER INSTALLATION OF THE TILE.

PICKING OUT TILE IS HARD. THE EMPLOYEES AT WESTERN TILE WERE SO HELPFUL. THEY ALLOWED ME TO BRING HOME AS MANY SAMPLES AS I WANTED. THEY ASKED ME TO BRING IN CARPET SAMPLES SO THAT THEY COULD AID IN THE SELECTION. I WENT THERE FOR ALL OF MY FLOORING/MARBLE NEEDS.

THE TILE STORE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. WE BROUGHT IN OUR FLOOR TILE TO FIND A COMPLIMENTARY STONE THAT WOULD GO WITH OUR COLOR SCHEME. THEY GAVE ME SEVERAL OPTIONS AND I WAS ABLE TO TAKE THE SAMPLES HOME TO LOOK AT THEM IN THE ACTUAL SETTING.
