All the vets and staff are very nice and do a great job. My dog was very ill and she’s on medications now. They are an emergency vet, so they don’t do routine things. They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays so if you have an emergency, you can always go here. They are very kind and considerate with your pets. They are very knowledgeable. My dog is now very healthy and where she used to be; healthy and energetic! These vets have been amazing to me and I’m very grateful for them.

It is my second visit (rattle snake bite) that I am writing about. Of course when i realized what had happened I was freaked out. Called the vet center and the man who answered the phone gave me confidence that they could handle this emergency, By the time I arrived I was out of my mind with fear for my dog as I know that the treatment was controversial and could kill the dog. The staff quickly and calmly took Lacey into the back, and when she began to have great pain they simply asked if they could administer pain meds. They did not make me fill out forms first which would have delayed the pain injection.Once the estimate was presented to me the vet was very careful to explain that I could choose what treatments I wanted and did not give me attitude when I told her I did not want all the testing, just pain control and anti-venom. All through the process my questions were answered in a compassionate manner. Of course I had to leave Lacey there overnight, but by the time I left I felt she was in good hands. The vet called at 10:15 and told me she had tolerated the anti-venom well and was sleeping and I knew she would survive. By the time I arrived in the morning to take her to my vet for monitoring they had already contacted my vet and arranged things with them. My bill actually came in lower that I had expected, still an expensive night but not as bad as I thought it would be. When they brought my baby out I was shocked to see the swelling in her face but they were very careful in helping me get her in the car.I am not usually a fan of vets but in this case both my local vet and this emergency vet performed way above my expectation in every way. They seemed to understand how difficult the situation was for me, did not put finances above care, cared about my dog's welfare as well as my frame of mind. A very bad situation was handled in a most positive way.

I've been going to them since September, 2011.  They are very nice and compassionate.  They go above and beyond.  One of my kitties developed seizures (she had two spinal taps) and I continued to use the vet here because he knew what he was doing.  We saw him on an emergency basis.

We have gone to Vetcare several times for our dog and one of our cats when our local veterinarians have reached their limits in expertise. Dr. Kipperman is a specialist veterinarian. He is excellent. He was able to place our German Shepherd on the proper medication to control her auto-immune problem and when our cat had thrown a clot, was able to diagnose it correctly unlike his usual vet. I cannot emphasize enough how much confidence we have in him and his associates. They are wonderful!

VERY PLEASED WITH THE STAFF AND SERVICE AT VET CARE. OUR PET HAD A SERIOUS BACK PROBLEM AND THE STAFF ACTED VERY QUICKLY TO ASSESS HIS PROBLEM. WE WOULD TAKE BOTH OUR DOGS TO VET CARE FOR FUTURE EMERGENCY CARE.
