"Wow, where to start here? Usually in a situation like this I would take the high road and or even offer an online apology or offer to try and make things right. Unfortunately, in this case I cannot. Some customers you just can't please. This customer has a BEAUTIFUL install that I would be happy to have in my own yard! In all the years and 100's of clients we have worked with, I have to say that this customer was BY FAR the most difficult, irrational, toxic person anyone on our staff has ever worked with. She called up and SCREAMED at me on the phone numerous times and hung up, kicked the crew off of the property in a profanity laden tirade, yanked lights and wires out of the ground that she didn't like and CONSTANTLY tried to manage the crew, scream at them and tell them that they were doing everything wrong, even though she has no clue about construction. And that's just the tip of the iceberg of what we endured from this customer! We've been doing this type of work for years as professionals and have NEVER had to deal with anything like this, It was baffling to all of us how toxic she was. As evidenced by her slam of us above for a BEAUTIFUL installation... We bent over backwards to try and accommodate this customer but there is just NO pleasing her; none what so ever. We ended up giving them nearly $10,000 in FREE material & services just to try and get done and get out of there, but to no avail. Not only was that not even appreciated but still wasn't enough. I have no idea what would have made her happy but I am fairly certain that NOTHING would have. I would STRONGLY caution any other contractors considering doing business with these folks to not walk away but RUN! After 100's of customers and years of service our quality of work and online reputation speak for themselves. It's really sad that it came to this but after what she put us through and what she has said about our company here online I felt I had to share the other side of the story."

"Were sorry the material wasn't picked up right away, it was scheduled with the vendor to be removed right after we finished, they should be picking it up shortly if not already! We believe that youll really find out the value when in 3, 5, or 10 years from now your paving stones still look as great as they did the day they were installed. Instead of concrete that would likely be cracking & lifting again! The value is the 25 year labor and installation warranty, Lifetime guarantee on the stones against cracking or breaking & knowing that you've done it the right way with a PERMANENT solution so you wont have to do it over! Thank you"
