RIC MOSLEY CONSTRUCTION

I was very pleased with Ric's work on this project. He handled all phases of the project, including design, plan approval with the city of Oakland, demolition, construction, and inspections with the city. He started and completed the project when he said he would. During construction, which took about two weeks, Ric went out of his way to lessen the impact on my tenants. He kept an emergency-use stairway in place throughout the project. I am happy with the overall quality of the project. Ric built a solid structure that should last a long time. My one regret is with the pressure-treated lumber used on the project. It has a lot of rough edges, which takes away from the visual appearance of the project. I wish I had chosen higher-grade lumber for the project. However, I think I share in the responsibility for that problem. I should have discussed lumber choice with Ric in more detail, and asked to see samples. Overall I am very happy with the quality of the project and the service that Ric provided. The price was very reasonable. I plan to use him in the future for other construction projects.
