Carpet cleaned well.  Identified few areas were he might have trouble cleaning.  There was one particular area where he said the dirt stain would be difficult be he said it would be possible to clean.  In the end, this spot did not clean well.  The only disappointing thing is that he do not offer to do heavy duty scrubbing using any special equipment.  I don't know if that was possible, but I would expect that he would have mentioned that as an option.  I did appreciate his thoroughness of measuring the square footage and calculating the cost.  However, this was not that big a concern to me and seemed more of a distraction.

They were very good and were reasonably priced. The price charged by them was definitely within the range as compared to everybody else. They also pick up the carpets and deliver them back or do the cleaning job in the house itself. The quality of their work was very good. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I have pale carpets that were really showing tracks from several years of buildup. They came out looking nearly good as new (nylon berber). Also, he performed repairs where there the carpet was lumpy and needed stretching and trimming. This saved me from bringing in a separate provider on a different day. This was the only carpet cleaner I called that could do both. They were half the price of Foster's.
